Ms. Kevghas has over 25 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, including both invest-ment banking and corporate development. She was a founding employee at Mirus and spent nine years working on new business development, as well as creating offering memoranda and negotiating transac-tions for clients. She was directly involved in the successful sale of more than a dozen client companies in the business services, software, and technology sectors. Laura rejoined Mirus Capital Advisors in 2006, and became a Partner in 2010. She focuses her practice on M&A for companies in the business services and technology sectors, and also enjoys working with industrial companies.
Mr. Deleo has more than 25 years of hands-on experience serving professional services organiza-tions, such as architects, engineers, attorneys and consultants, and governmental contractors. Jim’s educa-tional background in entrepreneurial finance allows him to serve as a key contributor to his client’s day-to-day accounting, tax and operational needs. His unique combination of professional experience and both business and accounting training allow Jim to support management in all aspects of running their busi-ness. TGA Sciences, Inc. Receives Certification from European Medicines Agency (EMA)

TGA Sciences, Inc. has received its certification from the European Medicines Agency (EMA). The CRO is currently FDA registered and inspected, the EMA certification will add to an already impressive list of registrations, licenses and accreditations currently held by TGA Sciences, Inc. The EMA is the European equivalent of the U.S’. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), which protects and promotes public and animal health, through the evaluation and supervision of medicines for human and veterinary use in the European Union. Being EMA certified will allow TGA Sciences’ clients the satisfaction of knowing that their outsourced assays will be conducted in a facility which follows the strictest of U.S and European Union regulations.
