Yes. TGA BioServices is registered with the FDA and has been inspected by the FDA three times since 2005. Each inspection has focused on a certain aspect of TGA BioServices services and/or facility covering equipment IQ/OQ/PQ, cGMP and GLP services, and there have been no major findings. Is your company set up to work with human serum and cell samples?
Yes. TGA BioServices offers training in blood-borne pathogens, cGMP laboratory procedures and the Hepatitis regimen of immunizations to all of its technical employees. An environmental company is on call 24/7 in the unlikely event of a chemical cleanup, and we also offer the client temperature controlled and calibrated chambers for storage as well as a complete sample tracking method for each project.
Do you have an in-house QA/QC documentation system?
Yes. TGA BioServices has a comprehensive, in-house documentation system that can incorporate the client’s documentation. We have a dedicated Director of QA/QC who ensures that all documentation is reviewed, in addition to performing other quality functions such as internal audits and corrective action. We also retain an independent quality control consultant to perform a full assessment of our Quality System on an annual basis.
What kind of turnaround time can I expect?
Depending on the project, assay results may be available to the client within 48 hours of sample receipt. To expedite delivery of results and ensure customer satisfaction, we assign a project leader to each client. The project leader is available at all times to address any questions and requests. Our company as a whole is flexible and customer-focused, and we will work with you to best ensure that your timelines are met.
