Ms. Kevghas has over 25 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, including both invest-ment banking and corporate development. She was a founding employee at Mirus and spent nine years working on new business development, as well as creating offering memoranda and negotiating transac-tions for clients. She was directly involved in the successful sale of more than a dozen client companies in the business services, software, and technology sectors. Laura rejoined Mirus Capital Advisors in 2006, and became a Partner in 2010. She focuses her practice on M&A for companies in the business services and technology sectors, and also enjoys working with industrial companies.
Mr. Deleo has more than 25 years of hands-on experience serving professional services organiza-tions, such as architects, engineers, attorneys and consultants, and governmental contractors. Jim’s educa-tional background in entrepreneurial finance allows him to serve as a key contributor to his client’s day-to-day accounting, tax and operational needs. His unique combination of professional experience and both business and accounting training allow Jim to support management in all aspects of running their busi-ness. Jim also has a solid working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (“FAR”).
